Likeness promise

It has to look like them

Your animal has its own markings, colouring and expression. We check every proof against your photo before it reaches you.

If the proof misses an eye colour, a white sock, a blaze or the look in their face, tell us and we will correct it at no cost.

Every order also includes one free style adjustment, such as warming the background or refining a detail.

We only print once you approve the proof, so you always see the finished portrait before it is made.
